Hello and welcome!
Before you dive in, let’s take a moment to get clear on 1. how to use these ideas and 2. how the implementation of these ideas will impact your organization.
Wellness is not one-size-fits-all. There is not one platform or program that is going to work for everyone. Your job is to assess needs (we have a great survey for this you can use, email Jacquelyn@Nuuaria.com), listen while keeping your opinions neutral, implement ‘top-of-the-funnel’ small ideas – this guide – with total inclusion in mind, receive feedback and course correct accordingly, repeating and proceeding with consistency and unified messaging – just like a business.
This is how these ideas are to be used. They are what Nuuaria calls ‘top-of-the-funnel’ ideas, meaning, they will be attractive to those who want to test the waters. Not everyone is ready for change and those who want to engage in wellness without much commitment will choose the easiest most convenient options.
Stay realistic in your expectations after implementation of these ideas. They are not ‘bottom-of-the-funnel’ programs, meaning, your larger more impactful, ROI-driven programming such as disease management, stress reduction, weight loss and health coaching (all of which we offer!). These ‘top-of-funnel’ ideas will require your time and attention and – in the beginning – will not show much return on investment of these precious commodities.
We say this to you because it is not uncommon to get discouraged in this phase for reasons of low engagement, ‘dabblers’ and so on. We live in a face-paced, come-and-go world. Building trust in your organization and letting your employee population know – through consistent action – wellness is here to stay and you can trust it, is an important step not to skip. It will pay off in the end as you are planting seeds that will nurture those who are ready for more change later on. Let’s get started.
