Let’s start by getting calm, centered and grounded. Today I want you to simply take some nice deep breaths with me. Those breaths where you breathe in as deeply as possible, hold at the top and then release as slowly as you can

Before I do, I am going to share with you why I began this dietary change and some goals I hoped to achieve. I have been overweight most of my life. I would go on a diet, lose, and regain.
I believed I did not deserve to take care of myself. I believed I was not worthy. I thought I needed to be a good mom and take care of my family and there was not time for me.
